  • What can be done with the campus to make the culture exceptional?
  • Thoughts on “culture”?
    • Content + culture brand.

  • How to sync with media?
  • How to fund grant fund? How to design automated “talent system”?
    • Decentralized progress LMS? (i.e. Giga Projects)?
  • How to plug in with:
    • Venture capital.
      • Venture fund is the easiest idea, but innovation labels / tech transfer could be interesting as well. TBD.
      • Maybe some sort of balance sheet opco similar to EF?
        • With grants, and… well, that’s the problem: who to run it? What else to execute on? It’s unclear. Maybe it’s whoever runs the LMS? And the non-profit is what holds the land and… non-profit donations to maintain that land / campus? Ultimately, the structure won’t matter too much. The people, culture, and substance are what count.

          • A medium-strength conviction is that this thing, whatever it is, can be much more than a venture capital fund. If it’s just a venture capital fund, it might be the case that a lot of my work looking for different structures was in vain!
